The customer ordered our MTS1022 mobile trommel screen, delivering a robust processing capacity of up to 40 cubic meters per hour. Featuring a 1000 mm diameter and 2200 mm length drum, it offers a 5.3 square meter screening area. It is fully equipped with a large hopper, internal feeding conveyor, foldable side discharge conveyors, and a screen cleaning brush.
As materials pass through the rotating drum, different particle sizes are efficiently separated and discharged via dedicated conveyors. The conveyors feature a herringbone patterned belt, providing excellent friction and grip for wet or heavy materials. Furthermore, the foldable design makes setup, operation, and transport incredibly convenient.
To handle highly abrasive materials, the replaceable screen mesh is constructed from wear-resistant manganese wire braiding. You can easily keep meshes of various aperture sizes on hand for quick, on-site swaps to suit different garden soil or compost grades. The highly mobile design allows for easy relocation between work sites, complete with a traction hitch for quick towing by a trailer or truck.
