The WTS1022 Shaftless Trommel Screen is engineered for superior material processing. Its innovative shaftless design effectively prevents blockages when handling bulky materials like gravel and construction waste, while delivering high-purity classification for finer materials like topsoil and compost. Built with a durable, low-noise hardened gear reducer, this machine guarantees reliable performance and maximum throughput.
Designed for ultimate convenience, the WTS1022 features two fully foldable conveyor belts, significantly simplifying transport and enabling rapid on-site setup. Operational efficiency is further enhanced by an integrated anti-clogging brush system, ensuring continuous, stable running and minimal maintenance interruptions.
The Trommel Screen works by combining drum rotation and gravity. Raw materials enter via the feed inlet, and the motor drives the drum to rotate stably through the reducer.
As it rotates, materials tumble and slide on the screen: particles smaller than the aperture pass through and exit from the bottom, while oversized ones are discharged from the end.
