The TS0820 Static Trommel Screen is the ultimate entry-level solution for material separation. Developed as a cost-effective alternative to our wheeled WTS0820, it utilizes a stable skid-mounted frame, making it the ideal choice for nurseries, worm farms, and sites with tight workspaces.

The Trommel Screen works by combining drum rotation and gravity. Raw materials enter via the feed inlet, and the motor drives the drum to rotate stably through the reducer.
As it rotates, materials tumble and slide on the screen: particles smaller than the aperture pass through and exit from the bottom, while oversized ones are discharged from the end.
